Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of promptrbox.com (the “Service”), operated by Khepri Rising LLC (“Promptrbox,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

Continued use of the Service after changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age required by applicable law to use the Service. By using Promptrbox, you represent that you are legally permitted to enter into these Terms.

We do not perform explicit age verification.

3. Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must create an account using a valid email address and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• All activity conducted through your account
• Maintaining the security of your credentials
• Any content created, stored, or shared through your account

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content (AI Prompts)

4.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of the prompts and content you create (“User Content”).

By using the Service, you grant Promptrbox a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

4.2 Prompt Visibility and Sharing

• Prompts are private by default
• You may choose to make prompts publicly visible to other registered users
• Public prompts may be viewed, bookmarked, or saved by other users

You may change a prompt’s visibility at any time. However, once a prompt is made public, Promptrbox cannot guarantee that other users have not copied, duplicated, or saved the prompt separately.

4.3 Prohibited Content

You agree not to create, upload, or share content that:

• Violates applicable laws or regulations
• Infringes intellectual property or proprietary rights
• Contains confidential, sensitive, or personal data of others without authorization
• Is abusive, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory
• Is malicious, deceptive, or intended to exploit the Service

We reserve the right to remove content and take action against accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Moderation and Enforcement

Promptrbox reserves the right, but is not obligated, to:

• Review, moderate, or remove User Content
• Restrict or terminate access to the Service
• Suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms

We may take such actions without prior notice and at our sole discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, design, branding, logos, and platform features of Promptrbox are owned by or licensed to Khepri Rising LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any portion of the Service without our express written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on or integrate with third-party services (e.g., hosting, analytics, or payment processors in the future). Promptrbox is not responsible for the availability, performance, or practices of third-party services.

Your use of such services may be subject to separate terms.

8. Payments and Paid Features

The Service is currently provided free of charge. Promptrbox may introduce paid features in the future.

If paid features are added:

• Pricing and terms will be disclosed prior to purchase
• Payments will be processed by a third-party provider
• Promptrbox will not store payment card information

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

9. Service Availability and Changes

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability.

10. Disclaimers

Promptrbox provides a tool for storing and managing AI prompts. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy, effectiveness, or suitability of any prompt
• That prompts will produce desired outputs with any AI system
• That content will not be lost, duplicated, or accessed by others if shared publicly

Use the Service at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Promptrbox and Khepri Rising LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Promptrbox in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or zero dollars if the Service is free.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Promptrbox, Khepri Rising LLC, and their officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms

13. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your profile settings.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms or for any reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice displayed upon your next login.

Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
